Your text is processed by RewriteWorks, not sent to an external AI rewrite service

RewriteWorks is built around deterministic rewriting. The public product promise is simple: your text is handled by this application’s own rewrite engine rather than being forwarded to a third-party AI model for rewriting.

What happens when you submit text

When you paste text into RewriteWorks, the application evaluates it against phrase rules, structured rewrite patterns, and document-level normalization definitions. The system returns controlled edits and an explanation of what changed.

The rewrite result comes from deterministic application logic inside RewriteWorks. It is not generated by an external AI API.

Saved documents

If you choose to save a rewrite, the text becomes part of your guest workspace or account-backed document history, depending on how you are using the site.

Guest workspaces are limited and temporary by design. Account-backed history is intended to persist across sessions and eventually support richer workflow features.

Important Limits

Privacy does not remove user responsibility

Review before use

Always review rewritten text before publishing, sending, or relying on it in a professional, legal, financial, academic, or medical context.

Meaning still matters

RewriteWorks is designed to preserve meaning, but no rewrite system can replace your own judgment about accuracy, context, tone, and intent.

Workflow first

The goal is to give you a controllable rewriting workflow, not an autopilot publishing system.
